In The Kitchen
If there is one area that I would like to continue to grow on our journey back to the land, it would be in our kitchen. I have a deep rooted desire to grow and raise much of our own food. I know full well it is close to impossible to have one hundred percent control over the growth and production of our own food but one of my goals is to get near close to it one day. The kitchen I believe is just an extension of the garden. It is a place that the magic of the harvest is transformed into nourishment for our bodies.
